Shipping and Handling

We offer free standard shipping and handling. Your order will typically be delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Our shipping partners include USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Kindly note that we do not ship orders during weekends and holidays. We also offer shipping to PO Box and APO/AE addresses.

Returns and Refunds

You can return or exchange unopened items within 30 days for any reason. Simply send the items back to us within the specified timeframe, and we’ll refund or exchange your product, deducting the original shipping and handling fees.

While we take great care in packaging your products, damage during transit is beyond our control. If you receive a damaged product, contact us immediately. Retain the original packaging, as carriers might require inspection. Our money-back guarantee applies to one customer and one-time use. Any return credit voids future guarantees. All our products can be returned within 30 days if unopened and in resalable condition, without any restocking fee.

Return Process
