We're committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products.

Here's our return and exchange policy:

All unopened items can be returned or exchanged for any reason within 30 days. Simply send the items back to us within 30 days of receipt and we will refund your money or exchange your product less the original S&H fees.

Damaged & Incorrect Items: While we take every precaution to package your products securely, instances of damage during transit may occur. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately for guidance. Retain the damaged items along with their original packaging, as carrier inspection might be necessary.

Money Back Guarantee: Our money-back guarantee applies to each customer and product only once. Any return credit received will nullify all future guarantees.

Return Conditions: Products can be returned within 30 days if they remain unopened and in resalable condition. No restocking fee will be applied.

Shipping Charges: Original outbound shipping charges will be deducted, regardless of whether you benefited from a free shipping promotion or covered the shipping costs.

Charge Back Fee: In the event of a dispute that results in an unjustified chargeback, we will incur fees from our credit card processing company. Should you file a dispute that is ultimately deemed valid, a chargeback fee of $25.00 will be applied. We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback to resolve any issues.

Return Process:

  1. Obtain Return Authorization: Before returning any items, please contact us to obtain a return authorization number.

  2. Secure Packaging: Pack the items securely in sturdy packaging to prevent breakage during transit. We cannot be held responsible for damage incurred during return shipment.

  3. Specify Preference: Indicate whether you prefer an exchange or a refund.

  4. Include Purchase Order Copy: Include a copy of the purchase order from your original order. Highlight the items being returned and place the copy in the package.

  5. Shipping Method: Choose your preferred shipping method to send the package back to us. If the return is due to a defect or our error, contact us for a return authorization.

For your convenience, we recommend using UPS service for returns.
